2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 32229

Powell v. Tosh: Richardson Law Group has represented one of the largest pork producers in the nation in a class action lawsuit. To date, Richardson Law Group has played a key role in dismissing the majority of plaintiffs’ complaints and, in turn, decertifying the class, thereby significantly limiting its clients’ possible exposure. (W.D. Ky. Mar. 8, 2013)

Richardson Law Group also represents one of the nation’s largest farmer cooperatives in both civil and regulatory matters involving livestock, grain, feed and seed disputes.

Outside of farming and livestock, Richardson Law Group has been successful in the litigation of oil and gas matters, particularly in relation to explosion and environmental contamination claims. Richardson Law Group secured summary judgment in a class action lawsuit for a regional oil and gas distributor and is currently defending its interests on appeal. We have also represented insurers in declaratory judgment actions concerning the applicability of policy exclusions in actions involving gas stations and oil and gas distributors. Hardy Oil Co. v. Nationwide Agribusiness Ins. Co., 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 177400 (E.D. Ky. Dec. 14, 2012).
