Kelley v. Poore, 07-CI-4585. Following a collision between a jet ski and a fishing boat, the injured driver of the jet ski brought suit. Richardson Law Group, representing the defendant boat operator, successfully employed the testimony of a boating expert in support of the argument that the jet ski driver, not the boat operator, had been driving negligently.
